Happy Place at Holden Beach
The owners of this second-row home at Holden Beach had been dreaming of this update for over 4 years. In addition to collecting ideas from magazines and websites, they also collected a few unique items and materials they wanted to re-purpose in the remodel. With a need for additional space and a desire to reuse, recycle and re-purpose as much as possible, they partnered with Carolina Craftsman to totally change the look and feel of this home.
Making Every Inch Count
A more open flow updated the interior of this small beach house. The island took center stage as it replaced the separate dining table. The seating is less cramped and comfortable. Even a dishwasher was tucked in where there was no room before. Additional storage and convenient, modern appliances met the owner's needs perfectly.

Capturing the views at Holden Beach
A 2014 Parade of Homes Diamond Award winner, this spacious 3553 square foot new construction home sits on two lots at Holden Beach. It faces a canal on one side and the intracoastal waterway on the other, providing spectacular views in both directions. The home has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The expansive outdoor decks take advantage of the views and provide generous space for outdoor living as well. The home includes an elevator, walkway and deck on the canal with floating boat dock, garage and additional storage space.
